Prepare for a Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams technical interview

The platform changes the mechanics, not the goal: make the conversation, screen share, and technical reasoning reliable.

Set up the call before the day

Install the approved desktop app, sign in, test permissions, and join a practice meeting from the same place and network.

Close private windows and notifications, increase readable font sizes, and know how to share one window instead of the whole desktop.

If audio or sharing fails, say what happened, switch to a backup path, and continue explaining your approach while the issue is fixed.
