Request a refund
Visit Paddle buyer support with your purchase details. Eligibility is governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable law. A request does not guarantee approval.
Cancel your subscription
Use the subscription management link in your Paddle email or contact Paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the billing period’s end and stops future renewals. It does not itself issue a refund.
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
