The service
MiraHint provides a desktop AI assistant for interview preparation and real-time interview support. These terms govern use of the website and software provided by the operator identified below.
Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate account details and protect your sign-in credentials. Use the service only where you have permission to do so, including permission to share other people's information or audio. Respect interview, employer and platform rules. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, impersonation, unauthorized recording, or to bypass security or usage limits.
AI output and availability
AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before relying on them. MiraHint does not guarantee interview results, employment, or uninterrupted availability. Features depend on connectivity and third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subscriptions and payments
Available plans and their features are described on our pricing page. When purchasing through Paddle, the amount, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Paddle's buyer terms govern purchases processed by Paddle; these terms govern your use of MiraHint.
Your content and the software
You retain your rights to content you provide. You authorize its processing as necessary to deliver the requested features. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content. Your subscription permits use of MiraHint under these terms and does not transfer ownership of the software.
Cancellation, access and changes
See our Refunds and cancellation page for cancellation and refund requests. We may restrict access to address unlawful use, security threats or breaches of these terms. Contact support to resolve an access issue. We will publish revisions on this page; mandatory consumer protections remain applicable. The operator is established in Armenia.
