Is this a browser-based real-time assistant?
No. Real-time support is a desktop experience. The website is for preparation, account access, billing, and download.
What information can be sent for AI help?
Only material you explicitly choose to send, after an active desktop session and access check.
Can other participants see or hear MiraHint?
No. MiraHint is a separate desktop window. It does not join the call, does not speak, and does not appear to other participants.
Which video-call apps does it work with?
Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Telemost, and other conference apps. MiraHint runs beside the call rather than inside it. For Zoom, we recommend the browser version.
Does MiraHint work on Windows and macOS?
Yes. MiraHint has desktop installers for Windows and macOS. Download the one for your system from the download page.
Can MiraHint help in live coding and algorithm interviews?
Yes. Take a screenshot of the coding task and choose a context preset such as Algorithmic interview, System design, Backend developer, or Frontend developer. MiraHint returns a concise hint about the approach, complexity, and edge cases, and you write the code yourself.
Does MiraHint remember the conversation and keep notes?
Yes. During a session, MiraHint keeps a running summary of the conversation so later hints account for what was already said. Each conversation has its own notes. Notes and session transcripts are saved locally on your device as text, and you can copy or delete them at any time.
What happens to my data?
MiraHint servers do not store raw audio, transcripts, or screenshots. Only the material you explicitly send is used to produce the hint. Only session transcripts and your notes are kept, locally on your device as text, and you can delete them at any time. See the privacy policy for details.
How does the free plan work?
Free includes 30 minutes of private real-time assistance each month, resetting on the first day of the month (UTC). Pro removes the time limit.
Can I prepare for non-technical roles?
Yes. The first release includes structured IT and Marketing practice, with more role tracks planned.
